Noted on the recent news that the number of property transaction in January has went up quite a fair bit to almost 1500.
Have also noted that prices till recently is going up and up, especially with new launches. It seems that nowadays, 1 million Sing dollars don't get you that far. Is the market really that buoyant or are we witnessing a bubble, a very big one, indeed.
With HDB prices and valuation going up, together with the COV, it will definitely impact the valuation subseuqently.
Probably in the coming years, are we going to see 1 million dollars HDB houses?.
Affordability will never be an issue as the loan will be stretch to 40 years.
Such is the problem going to be faced by the next generation of Singaporeans.
