The standard reply was always due to overwhelming application, they cannot acccept these students. Thank you for their interest, to choose another less popular course (under the DAE, JPAE etc) or try again next year...
Something about must have at least 5 'O' levels, pass in English and have at least a social science or biology subject, one 'O' short also cannot. And I can assure you the PRC nurses cannot fark communicate.
