[h=1]5 NEW BILLIONAIRES IN SINGAPORE THIS YEAR[/h]

According to the Wealth X and UBS Billionaire Census for 2014, there are now 32 Billionaires in Singapore, five more than there were last year.

Despite Singapore’s small size, it was the country with the fifth most number of billionaires in Asia.

First was China with 190 billionaires, followed by India, Hong Kong and Japan.

In South East Asia, Singapore is the country with the most number of billionaires.

In terms of global trends, Asia is the up and coming market with the largest increase in the number of billionaires. Between them, the wealth increased by 18.7% on last year. The increase is mainly pushed by increased wealth in China.
Globally, there are 2,325 billionaires, 7% more than last year.

Citizens, my fellow country men, we cannot allow the continuation of pap to reign. Pap must be voted out before Singapore is beyond redemption.

Story of a Super-Wealthy Widow Fell into the Trap of a Tour Guide from China

9/19/2014

Please see the story I have written on my long time family friend who was cheated of all her possessions by a Chinese tour guide, Yang Yin. Yang is unemployed but is now rich enough to enjoy a leisurely life! He volunteers his service to Ang Mo Kio community centre and posed for photos with MP and PM Lee. Did these helped him to obtain his PR status? Would other senior citizens become his next targets? ….

Kathleen's situation raises a number of question:

(1) how our law could allow a foreign national to obtain a LPA so easily, without the knowledge and consent of any relative?

(2) Why did our medical and legal professionals help Yang Yin apply for a LPA without contacting her relatives and friends in Singapore? Would they do anything, including harming a fellow Singaporean if they were sufficiently well paid. I am sure Singaporeans would be grateful if you can interview them and know their views a reasons.

(3) It also makes a mockery of our government’s expressed wish to attract Foreign Talents. How could such a selfish and scheming Chinese national be treated by our government as a Foreign Talent and granted him his PR status? The criteria for PR appear to be very lax. I fear that there is insufficient investigations of the PR applicant’s background.
If this kind of person is permitted to remain in Singapore, he is likely to target other senior citizens by offering himself as their adopted son or grandson to rob them of their CPF and life savings.

(4) What criteria, if any, are used to assess the suitability of volunteers and leaders in grass-roots organisations? ….

The con-man must be brought to justice, prosecuted for his crime, stripped off his PR status, and barred from ever entering Singapore to harm other senior citizens.

It Koon

The above is a condensed version of a letter by a Dr Tan It Koon that is circulating in social media. Dr Tan must have found this episode very tragic to have happened to a helpless old lady. Now that she has been reduced to a non entity, suffering from dementia and her wealth stripped from her, many questions are being asked.

I would like to touch on a few more pertinent questions raised by Dr Tan about how a vulnerable old lady could so easily be stripped of her assets and possessions so easily and legally. There are likely to be medical and legal professionals involved in the whole process and everything seemed to be done legally and with medically acceptable given her conditions.

My questions, are there anything that would have warrant the medical and legal professionals involved in the process to have raised a red flag or eyebrows? The processes involved a very rich and lonely old lady with probably signs of medical conditions and a totally unrelated young man from a foreign country. And the whole process is putting the old lady at the complete dependency on the young stranger with totally no relations to her. And did anyone bother to ask about the possibility of the old lady having some living relatives that may have an interest in her well being and her assets?

No? Everything is absolutely normal and legal. No further questions need to be asked?
Another question, would any normal person of sound mind, no need to be a medical or legal professional who probably have access and experience in such cases, think that something is just not normal? Or would it be a case of everyone just their job they are paid for and mind their own business?

What have we become as a people if no one thinks that this is very unusual and suspicious?

I will leave you people with this sad story to ponder over the weekend. We have heard of politically apathetic Singaporeans. We have heard of Singaporeans that would not lift a finger when someone is in trouble in public, someone being bullied, being beaten. Etc. What more shall I say? Passionless, conscienceless, bochap?

INDIAN DRIVER WHO REVERSED INTO TAXI THEN THREATENED TO SUE HIM IS A PAP MEMBER

wAnqMxW.png

The recent video showing a van driven by a lady reversing into a Taxi went viral online after the taxi uncle uploaded it and explained how the van had reveresed into him before the driver and her passenger came out to scold the taxi uncle.

The two ladies in the car had claimed that it was the Taxi uncle who was at fault and according to the uncle's recount of events, they even threatened to sue him.

Fortunately, the video he took with his dashcam showed the truth of what happened and clearly shows the van reversing for quite some time before banging into the taxi.

Since the video spread online, some netizens have gone to the effort to CSI the two ladies in the video and have found that they are in fact active PAP members.

Her facebok profile is https://www.facebook.com/thenkumari.deenanaidu however she has since removed her profile.

According to photos uploaded by other members of her family, she is an active PAP member who was allowed to go door to door with MP Inderjit Singh last election:

She was even one of the few loyal PAP members who was allowed to ride in the PAP car to wave at residents at Ang Mo Kio GRC (lady on the extreme right):

The passenger is also a PAP member, even asking her facebook friends to "like" Lee Hsien Loong's page:

Confirming that it is her at the scene of the accident is a photo uploaded by one of her family members:

On Facebook, they continued to complain that the taxi driver was in the wrong:

The family appears to own the company TY Enterprise Pte Ltd as they all hold positions such as chairman, executive or director in the company.

It also appears that despite being active PAP members, their family has been in trouble and fined before for not abiding by the MOM employment act.

According to a TNP report in Oct 2011, TY Enterprise, which provides cleaning services, has been charged in Court before, for inflating foreign workers’ salaries artificially to illegally obtain S-passes for their workers:

It seems that both the ladies in the car are actively involved in PAP and some netizens have even speculated that maybe they will get fielded as a PAP candidate in 2016 for having such "close relationship" with the PAP.

From what we understand from a former YPAP member, most PAP members are only able to give out fliers or do "sai kang" for the PAP. Only potential MP candidates or the very well-connected are able to ride with the MPs to wave at residents and follow a MP/Minister closely for walk-abouts and door to door sessions.

In fact, they fit the typical profile of a PAP member perfectly. Netizens revealed that this family stays in a landed property and are clearly well off. They even have the PAP mindset of wanting to sue citizens over small matters.

This taxi uncle is a good representation of the average Singaporean who probably is not particularly wealthy but works hard for his living. The 2 ladies clearly did not care for the welfare of the uncle and straight away assumed that they were in the right and he was in the wrong. If he had not had the use of modern technology such as his dashcam, this case could have very well finished with the uncle being faulted and having to pay for all the damages.

He might not be able to afford a decent lawyer to show that he is innocent and he would be helpless.

Is the PAP only attracting this type of people to join their ranks? People with elite status and with the mindset that they are always in the right? People who want to threaten other citizens because they know that they have the money to hire good lawyers like Davinder Singh from Drew & Napier?

With social media and modern techonlogy, the PAP's style of threatening citizens with legal lawsuits is no longer effective. They can no longer get away with claiming to be right in every situation.

In the past, they got away with this and victims of their legal games such as Chee Soon Juan were made bankrupt and painted by the media to be a madman. However, times have changed and this old mindset is causing the PAP to lose support everyday.

People will not tolerate being bullied by the elites anymore.

Always remember this Singaporeans, the elites are the few while we are the many.

PAP is going to suffer huge losses. Lee Hsien Loong, even if he keeps his job, may end up as a 'lame duck' PM. ;)

I hope the PAP MPs start finding new employment opportunities now, especially those stealing a living in 'unsafe' constituencies. :D

These 2 ah neh bitches are scums and have disgraced the MIW.

They abused their membership in papees to bully and fix up the taxi driver even though they knew that they had reversed their vehicle which hit the taxi as shown by the camera. If they are decent human beings, they should own up and pay the damages caused to the taxi.

The papees should have launched an investigation into the disgraceful and deceitful conduct of these two scums and revoked their membership if they are proven to be liars.

Otherwise, sinkies are right to conclude that the MIWs are not honourable people but scums are also their members.

Do not fear life without Lightning
Change is hard but not impossible
Unsinkification will be long and painful
But it is worth it for a brighter future

All quiet on the western front?

Its has been nearly 2 weeks since the outbreak of the Yang Yin scandal and PAP MP for AMK GRC Intan Azura Mokhtar has yet to come clean with AMK GRC residents and fellow Singaporeans.

Why did MP Intan ignore previous warnings about Yang Yin's character by other AMK GRC grassroot leaders?

Did MP Intan abuse her authority as MP to exert pressure on ICA via her Letter of Recommendation on Yang Yin's Permanent Resident application?

Is this the "high standard" conduct by PAP MPs as "assured" by PM Lee Hsien Loong in GE 2011?

SHARE this with your family and friends living in AMK GRC.

Well...I thought Shit Times play similar dirty trick too, especially when picking on opposition members. Why is Intan surprised?
