Singapore are gearing up for 2025 General Elections. It was announced yesterday (15 April) that voters would head to the polls on 3 May. Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said he had called for the election at a time of “profound changes in the world” which have made it “more uncertain, unsettled and even unstable."

Not everyone agreed with the date for Polling Day as several opposition parties took to social media to make their feelings known publicly.
