Private-home owners who also own HDB palaces are cashing in big-rental time !

PRs, local sporns and naturalized sporns who got private houses and some more got HDB palaces are very happy now, sure vote for PAP becos they are cashing in big time on rental market.
Really envy them, we should respect and learn from these people becos their rental income is passive and lifelong as long as PAP rules with Ft policy.

Emulate from these people, how to live in condos and landed houses , and some more still can own HDB palaces for rental.

I think HDB got no control over it----is it true ? Anyone can share the information?

You got condo, can you or your wives bid for resale HDB flats and keep for investment becos HDB has a high political price, and price will not drop becos of winning votes and power.

HDB palaces are really a political investment, price goes up if PAP stay in power. So you know the outcome of next GE oredi ?

Any honest leeporter here care to run a story on the toilet papers for people to read and learn how to get rich with HDB palaces with passive rental money, donch need to rely on CPF or PAP ?

While COV for HDB resale market continues to climb(that’s a very good thing for locals), and local sporns who just getting by , continue to fight and queue with new sporns for new HDB palaces, PRS and new sporns and local sporns who got extra HDB palaces are cashing in big time.

So far the system depends on the neighbours to complain to HDB. So if you know your neighbour is a naturalised citizen who bought a condo and rented out the HDB flat to collect rental. Please call HDB and get them repo the flat.

i heard some owners can buy two HDB palaces next to each other and then knock thru to get bigger space.

wow, PAP damn bloody good, so it means rich people got own private house oredi--FT or locals can buy HDB palaces for investment or for refuge.

like this HDB also allow, PAP really damn good, deserve a big dick.

this is a relevant issue.

voters need to know whether such situation is true or not because it benefits the very rich people at the expense of peasants.

it is not wrong to be rich, it is also true we should learn from the rich how to get rich.

but if public houses are being abused by the rich, and if the HDB people and PAP are not looking over it, then it is only the poor who will be at the losing end.
