Private hire vehicle (PHV) drivers

Steer clear of taxis, PHVs, OPCs and rental cars if you value your own vehicle and life.
 
Despite spending even more time on the roads than car owners, PHV drivers are really lousy.
 
PHVs are mostly driven by disgruntled louts like former cabbies and retired/retrenched PMEs who take out their frustrations on other road users and their passengers. I always give them a wide berth because these drivers are tired, sleepy and distracted most of the time.
