Princess Cove R&F

Maybe not for investment? But for own use, close to CIQ and Woodlands, if want to own a condo (and assuming that this project will indeed be as luxury as advertised) a 3 bedder for RM1m before discount might not be a bad deal. I suppose one has to pay a premium for being so close to SG.....and the three joss sticks! :D

I am not saying that now is the best time for investing in condo. However, comparing the condos in JB city, Princess Cove easily beat the rest...especially from local developers (eg. suasana, sky88, twin galaxy etc).

Very true that there are other good condo candidates near CIQ which buyers should consider and feel the vibes before deciding on which one to settle for. Hmmm....how many are within 500m from CIQ besides Princess Cove? Paragon Suites? Astaka?


Don't get conned, "only short distance" by those agents. Some stated short distance, but "very difficult and dangerous to walk".
on the other hand, some got aircon..and makan see see mei mei..easy to walk, u dun feel very distanced. So always see and feel for yourself (try it during daytime and nighttime!).

Anyway, RTS station is not materialized yet. ;) and investment is not my cup of tea in JB. 2 is enough. :D

Relax bro! I am not talking about investing, just sharing my opinion from perspective of some people who love JB and want to buy for own use, but work in Singapore and hate the jams. LOL!

Just curious... Why you don't want to invest in JB?

Totally agree...buy for own use is the safest path now.
 
Just a couple of days ago, I drove past East Coast Road. I was surprised to see an empty shop lot where the R&F sales office was. This address is however, still listed in their website as the Sg sales gallery. Wonder what happened.
 
Yup.....Singapore International Gallery @ Suntec Singapore Exhibition & Convention Centre. They also have magician, minions & transformer as well as balloon sculpture clown during last weekend. Crowded.... ;)

Be very careful when dealing with RnF. They owe landlords rental and dragging their feet in paying rent. Cashflow may be an issue .

The project was launched with massive regional marketing and a glamorous fanfare more than 2years ago but is still selling now.
Looks like they have yet recoup cost or break even.

No matter what, they better finish the building of all the condos. Imagin how ugly it will be if they bankrupt half way and leave it like that.

They will always be left abandoned for yeas to come.

Right, once abandoned, it lost all momentum and will be left abandoned for almost eternity. Just look at that pacific plaza beside city plaza, since 1997 ? Almost 20 years still like that.
