2) He twitted and told China to keep the naval equipment that they seized and the Chinese promptly returned it.

3) He also managed to get Ford to cancel the build of a Mexican plant and create 700 jobs in the US and they did not even get a twit on it.

4) His tweets to the North Koreans has to be watched.

Congress was fiddling and farting over amendments to water down the remit of the House Ethics Committee which monitors their conduct. Not only he tweeted his disgust but he screwed his own party. Looks he does not need the money and therefore does not need to waltz to anyone's tune.
