You can call him any names you want but all his policies make perfect sense to me.

• Secure borders are a must for every country.

• Trade has to be a two way street.

• Immigration has to be based upon merit and not according to skill of the people smugglers in evading capture.

• Taxes should be low and repatriation of overseas funds should not be penalised.

• North Korea has to be dealt with. Every President before him said the same thing but nobody did anything about it till now.

• The UN needs to be taught a lesson as it is nothing but a giant bureaucracy and a money pit.

I could list many issues. Whether Trump is doing things the right way on time will tell. I give him credit because at least he is doing SOMETHING. All his predecessors sat on their hands.

He doesn't understand trade ...the size of trade deficit in China is smaller but Trump doesn't understand the value-added concept approach;

He looks only at merchandize trade but when services are taken into account, US is having a surplus with a number of countries which he had claimed was taking advantage of the US.

The world will experience a short pain but will adapt to the absence of the US. I hope Trump just pull US out of the global scene. We don't need a lunatic. Let him create chaos in his country and the world can ignore the US.
