that’s bs from officials. in companies or other institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, ngo’s, non-profit orgs, foundations, charities, family trusts, etc., gifts, awards, and scholarships doled out have clauses where relatives, associates, and employees connected to award and evaluation committees are disqualified, plus those and their cronies and families who have influence over the creation, rules, and formulation of scholarships and awards in the first place.Then they'll tell you everyone is treated equally by the State. So whoever qualifies by virtue of their results and merits, they should get it regardless of their background or connections.
