Exercise regimen: Swimming, jogging and dancing keep me fit and healthy. I like fun exercises which make me sweat. I mostly go for a run. That's my thinking time, when I let out my frustrations. I also stretch every morning before showering. On busy days, a short 15-20-minute workout at home is enough.
