<!-- story content : start --> POLICE are seeking this man in connection with two pawnshop thefts in Woodlands and Jurong West. In both cases, the suspect posed as a potential customer, then asked the shopkeeper to take out a piece of jewellery for him to try on and even tried to bargain over the price. Then would suddenly dash out of the shop, taking the jewellery with him.

The bespectacled man, who sports a moustache and goatee, is believed to be either Indian or Sikh, said a police statement. He is about 1.78 m tall, with a big build, and is bald with tattoos on both his arms. Anyone with information on the man is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000.
