The police are looking for this man to assist with investigations into a case of theft from vehicle reported at the multi-storey carpark of Blk 350 Anchorvale Link in June this year.
The medium-built Chinese man is believed to be between 35 and 40 years old. He has a tan complexion and wears spectacles.
He was last seen wearing a polo t-shirt with blue, white, and black horizontal stripes, light-blue bermudas and slippers.
