Police seek assistance in loanshark harassment case

SINGAPORE - Police are seeking the public's help to identify a man allegedly involved in a loanshark harassment case.

The medium-built man is between the ages of 35 and 45 and was last seen on April 15 in Serangoon Central Drive.

He was wearing a dark t-shirt, bermudas and a dark cap on that day.
