This is quite common in Europe. You need a court order to evict them. I won't be surprised if it is a European FT. Teo Chee Hean is a disgrace. He better come back with a good answer real soon. Why is the fucking collecting pay and not doing anything.

If the illegal occupiers have changed the lock, I'll get a locksmith to open it since I am the genuine owner I should ahve no problems. Then I'll remove some of the bugger's barang2 and put it outside, and then I'll change the lock. Then I'll wait and see what he'll do.

But I suspect we are only hearing half the story. There seems to be more than meets the eye. Could be inlaws or divorce related.
