This being the case, might as well do away with the Criminal Law (Temp Provisions) Act and allow such "MAFIA" blokes to operate with impunity.

Slowly start to disband the Singapore Police and have such services "outsourced" to such gangsters.

This is a slap on the face of the gallant police officers who laid down their lives in the war against SS members in the past.

i noticed a bunch of gun carrying security personnel outside RWS. they look like cisco or from some other private organization.

it will be in the public interest to know what guidelines these private security companies adhere to in deciding who gets to carry a gun. what degree of background and psych checks are done on this group?

Thanks to "King" Mahathir for his liberal ways of granting citizenship to millions of Indonesians and Filipinos just to make that area more favourable to his UMNO and National Front.

These Sabahan who shot dead that innocent Bumiputra Malaysian lady may be one such illegal immigrant made legal by the Mahathir policy.

Look at us in Singapore where uniformed members of the Cisco, Aetos and other private securtity agencies are carrying arms.

Are we waiting for the worst.?

Wasn't the AIR FRANCE incident at Changi Airport an eye-opener?

Just sometime last year, Certis Cisco officers allow some illegal migrant o board the plane at Changi Airport. The officers were Malaysians employed here and carrying guns in uniform.

The culprits was jailed.

Check up on the Internet about these incident and your will get it.

Imagine what could happen if this people allow terrorists to enter and exit Singapore?

SINGAPORE: Two former auxiliary police officers, who were based at Changi Airport, turned human traffickers by allowing travellers with false passports and boarding passes to board flights. They were jailed on Wednesday for accepting bribes to commit the crimes in what the prosecution said was a serious dereliction of their duties. Thirty-one-year-old Krishna Rao Rajahram was sentenced to 18 months' jail and fined S$2,000. His accomplice, 26-year-old Loganathan Samugam was sentenced to one year jail. The two men, who were from AETOS Security Management, had been tasked to pre-screen passengers to ensure that those without valid travel documents were barred from boarding their flights. They were approached last October by a man known as Sivarajah Paki, a Sri Lankan who is a Swedish citizen. Sivarajah told Krishna that he was helping his fellow Sri Lankans travel to Europe.....

i think its justifiable to call for a review of AETOS Security Management's hiring procedures. the system can be improved upon.

How the hell did someone managed to get a fake IC and use the IC in its own country? The quality must be damned good or it is the real thing but information in it is fake?

Maybe corruption in the Malaysia National Registration Department?

Once released from jail they will be deported back to Malaysia to join 04 gang as Cisco trained gunmen. Will sure be one shot one killed assassins. Singapore is No 1 quality.

We are headed in the same direction and it will take several years to see the effect due to the time span of discretion.
