SINGAPORE - The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 16 year-old Dian Adriana Bte Mohammad Nizam. She was last seen in the vicinity of Ghim Moh Road on July 5 at about 8am.

Ms Dian Adriana is described as having a slim build and a tanned complexion. She is about 1.55m tall and has blackish brown hair.

Anyone with information on the missing person's whereabouts is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000.
