The PM can offer amnesty & enlistment to Mr Mas Selamat and recruit him into his cabinet at a fraction of the salary his nerdy, rote-learner ministers are getting. Let him take charge of home affairs / security portfolio and those highly paid, outwitted / outsmarted elite boleh balik kampong..
