Investigations are on going and will be kept confidential to save lives & bring offenders to face justice. Suspects would have lawyers assigned to them eventually when they are being questioned & investigated, & whatever that they offer can be held against them in a Court of law, under advisement from their lawyers.

Ultimately, the fight against Drugs is not about hanging everyone. Hanging is only a last resort when all all legal means & every mitigating factor/consideration had been exhausted to prove innocence with a fair trial within a Court of Law, & then the death penalty will be invoked by Law determined by the presiding Judge as per judicial system in Spore.

Sadly there's nothing to joke about when the death penalty is involved.

I would agree with you that drugs are readily available in such places you mentioned, but it is mostly in other countries which Spore laws have no jurisdiction over, & is up to those corrupted govts to address if they wish to save their citizens instead of lining their own pockets to look the other way.

All we in Spore can do is to hand over information to their anti-drug agencies & to Interpol, while we Spore will do our best to stop drugs in its tracks within Spore, no matter how long & hard this journey will be as such drugs had been proven harmful to the mental capacity of Humankind as well as other effects it does to families & society.

Within Spore, all eyes are watching not just in nite spots, but at private parties held in condos & mansions as well. Anyone with credible information on drugs being trafficked are welcomed by CNB to save lives, & all information are held confidential.

At such places, alcohol is no doubt consumed, but the alcohol content is low - beer (5%), hard liqour (40%) which one needs to mix with water, ice or other soft drinks to consume. No Human can take 100% alcohol content nor is such sold, as it will cause INSTANT organ damage. At most, some will drink alot of cans of beers, but the next day will suffer a terrible hangover & will swear off alcohol at least for a few days.

However, with drugs, it will be a quick high in the brain cells-effecting the dopamine transmitters & hormone, & an immediate hook to get the same high daily for a few times & is highly addictive, lending the Human with no mental capacity to process other thoughts necessary in daily living such as work or family, & will even trigger explosive physical abuse if one is unable to buy or obtain funds for such highs, even to their family members. Thus they need to avoid drugs totally, & for those hooked, to seek for immediate rehabilitation to live a normal life.
