CCS will have time and guidance to mature into a real politician. As of now, he looks kiddy and comes across as politically naive. Can't imagine him dealing with other world leaders at this moment. Imagine CCS shouts "kee chiu" at Obama? Wah lau, xia xue!

Unlike HSK, who's made a Minister directly, CCS clearly is not as highly rated in terms of potential. But you never know. In politics, it's unpredictable. For now, his potential as future PM is open.

It is only in singapore that the choice of a future PM get tossed between two boy-scout generals hardly wet in their toes in politics by the mainstream media. Come on, life is full of turns and twists and the nation deserves a wider spectrum of choices including non-establishment candidates.
