What a load of bollocks. The Chinese are the most racist bunch on earth. Before the arrival of foreign talent, the behavior of the Singapore born Chinese was shocking. They published racist ads eg... "Malay driver wanted...." and placed all sorts of covert barriers when it came to hiring minorities. "Must be able to speak Mandarin and dialects" appeared regularly in job ads in order to keep Malays and Indians out of the game.

I was personally instructed NOT to hire any Malays and Indians when interviewing candidates for the vacancy of shift supervisor. "Malays are lazy and Indians can't be trusted" was the reason I was given.

I don't believe in the concept of Karma but I must say it's very satisfying to see the tables turned and for the Singapore Chinese to now get a large dose of their own medicine. The same bunch who used to discriminate against their fellow sinkies because of their skin colour are now the ones bleating away at being discriminated against by foreign managers who are calling the shots.

All I have say is "serves you right!!!!". Now you know how it is to be on the receiving end.

However, I have worked with Pinoys and Indians from India..from my observation Pinoys are an ambitious and politically savvy lot..remember one meeting, where my Pinoy and FT Indian staff suggested my Chinese supervisor go talk to a Malaysian Chinese client to smooth things out due to project glitch cos they thot that being of similar race client will be appeased..i sent the local Malay staff to speak to the guy cos the local malay staff has dealt with him before..client was appeased but pissed with the FT engineer who botched things up cos FT engineer delegated what was obviously his task to an untrained staff..i reported it up and am glad to say last December we got rid of some of the FTs..my boss has finally woke up and realized that these FTs though ambitious have illusions of grandeur and the majority are merely average mediocre workers who simply know how to make themselves look good in front of the boss..btw, we hiring more sinkies now, i would not say they are good but at least they get job done on time and according to client specifications..

Very true.. In the past I terminated the contract of 3 bloody Pinoys..

They are lazy work wise, can't work OTs on Sundays.. Give them a simple inspection job to do but it took them 5 hours to complete a task that can be done in just 2 hours..

Final straw was when they fought with a Malay chap who was then under me.. I sided with the Malay guy and told my boss to give this Pinoy fuckers the marching orders..

Such a hilarious sight seeing them pleading with my Big boss to give them another chance.. One Pinoy even gave a dramatic story on how he badly needed this job to support his wife and 5 young kids back in his hometown in Baguio..

LKY gives may give a good speech, however it's obviously another staged performance The audience were not given the oppurtunity toreally ask him hard questions.

In the past there were fewer elites around to suppress the expectations of the masses. The Brits were on the way out & you had a more positive atmosphere because Spore was a new nation. I don't see any problems with those ads at all. Also the hirers are just being honest about it that's all. Are malays lazy? Nope not lazy at all cos they all love life to smell the roses and not get good grades. Can kelings be trusted? Yes they can! Those chinese that got backstabbed by them are unlucky. Malays are nice, good football players while indians are funny and smart and cool! Chinese are nerds and evil. You're the last person to ever comment on chinese being "racists" when you don't have a problem being racist to chinese and negatively stereotyping them. No, not 3 vs 1..

The other 1 Pinoy chap, me and my boss terminated his contract in 2008 due to his MC problem..

The remaining 2 Pinoy chaps were the ones who fought with the Malay guy, if I not mistaken in late 2009..

On that particular mornin, there was an argument in the warehouse between these 2 fucktard Pinoys and a Chinese Uncle cleaner.. It was a Saturday morning, so there was no one in the office and the warehouse except for the 2 Pinoys and the Malay chap who were doin OT..

These 2 Pinoys threw their leftover breakfast unreasonably thus causing the Chinese Uncle cleaner to kan them upside down.. Pinoy chaps not happy and massive argument happened between both sides.. The Malay chap who was there then interfered and they came into full blows.. The security guards in charge of my office building then went in to separate them..

The following Monday, my big boss interviewed the Pinoys and the Malay chap and the Chinese uncle cleaner.. After few days, my boss asked me for my opinion on the matter since the Malay and the Pinoys then were under my Dept.. He also came to a conclusion that the Pinoys were at fault.. I told him to just terminate the Pinoys since the other local staff too can't get along with the work attitude of the Pinoys..
