Important questions:

1. First of all is Singapore in OBOR? Last I checked the only Asian countries involved are Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Laos, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Singapore had been sidelined whether intentionally or not.

4. Even if he is allowed in meetings I am sure he is not allowed to sit on the same table as members?
