本报讯 (记者 温婧)进入3月,人才跳槽的黄金季节再次到来。BOSS直聘日前发布的《2018 旺季人才趋势报告》显示,今年人才流动趋势较为明显,45%的人选择转行,互联网、教育培训、医疗健康成为热门选择;五十城白领平均薪资8730元。

BOSS直聘表示,相较往年,今年人才流动趋势较为明显,主要体现在人数多、高峰明显提前、流动明显等方面。据BOSS直聘透露,刨除平台用户增长带来的影响,2018年春节后一周,求职人数较2017年同比增长20%,简历更新高峰从正月初十提前至正月初六。

报告显示,2018年前两个月,全国人才需求量最大的50个城市白领平均月薪为8730 元,同比增长2.9%。北京、上海平均月薪突破1万元大关,领跑全国,深圳、杭州紧随其后。另一方面,全国五十城求职者平均期望薪酬为9051元,同比增长3.3%。

随着新兴行业的崛起以及行业间薪酬分化加剧,人才转行率正加速上升。报告显示,2018年全行业人才整体转行率已达45.1%,较5年前增加近7个百分点,转行现象正变得愈发普遍。

从旺季数据上看,以互联网为代表的高新产业再次进入人才最紧缺的行业前五,“互联网+”的医疗、教育等相关新兴产业集群也出现一定程度的人才紧缺。报告显示,石油/石化和采掘/冶炼行业人才的流入/流出比连续三年下降,2018年跌破0.75。相对应的,互联网、金融、教育培训、物流、专业服务(咨询、法务、财务)等行业为2018年人才流入率最高的行业。
