PUB stopped talking about the floods to the press. It has not dealt with any queries since they asserted incredibly that one clogged culvert near Cuscaden Road flooded Orchard, Newton, Thomson, Kampung Java and Little India.
They have also not shown any pictures of how the culvert was clogged.

All will be revealed very soon.
