There is a benefit about being voluntarily unemployed that is greater thanall other benefits you listed which you did not capitalize, unfortunately.

A voluntarily unemployed person is under no pressure to receive the fatal needle. It's still 道高一尺魔高一丈。

The yearly inspection after 7 years not enough?
The $100,000 COE mark is not enough? From no COE

High cost of HDB flat is not applicable to me.
Coe erp also not applicable.
Ft stealing jobs also not applicable.

I'm not kidding as everything I stated are the true facts for me.

The only direct effect I have with pap ruling is the gst for retail pharmacies
Other than this, everything is good for me.
The high cost of living is offset by the handouts I'm getting.

I also will be voting for PAP. Since my flat can be sold for million dollar. TQ PAP.

Don't be fooled to think that people having car are rich. Those cars are for earning a living, whether self employed or small biz. The rich are those driving S class above. Luxury tax. Not those sandwiched working class. Notice Garung Guni man no longer exist?

I have plenty of suggestions for PAP to implement so that they can screw more young families in SG.
For a start, hit the PRs first as they cannot retaliate.

PRs CPF Special Account interest rates should only be the same as OA, as they are not citizens and should not benefit like one.

PRs under 40 who have been offered citizenship, but rejected the offer must pay a special tax on car ownership and HDB ownership.
So PAP can be assured once they are offered citizenship, they cannot refuse because they're too young to retire but too old to migrate elsewhere.
