名醫診所竟遭駭客入侵，病歷險遭竊！專治靜脈曲張的名醫李相台，為了因應健保局要求將病歷存在網路雲端，日前透過一家系統商協助以62萬更新硬體，後來明細和保固問題，雙方發生爭執，事後診所的病歷系統竟突然斷線癱瘓，害的李醫師無法看診，診所一整天無法運作，刑事局警方事後調查才發現就是系統商和工程師搞的鬼。

只要有靜脈曲張的症狀大多都會找上他，李相台醫師，但日前好端端在替病人看診時電腦卻突然發生大斷線。病例資料通通動不了、診所無法看診形同癱瘓，本來以為是網路出問題，事後才發現竟是有人在搞鬼。
被害診所醫師李相台：「他本來就要了解這是特種個資，不但要保護它、把它做好，而且還要防止別人的入侵，結果業務自己當了駭客。」
為了因應健保局未來雲端病例，像這種血管外科會有大量影像檔案各大醫院診所都得上傳，這就得靠強大的資訊系統處理。日前李醫師輾轉認識系統商說好可以免費試用，但發現診所電腦硬體設備需要更新，溝通好砸下62萬安裝，特地找來胡姓工程師處理，結果為了明細和保固問題發生爭執，對方請不到尾款，竟入侵診所電腦搞鬼斷線。

被害診所醫師李相台：「政府應該要成立認證的機制，能夠把好的廠商跟壞的廠商隔離開來。」
這樣的狀況讓李醫師好傻眼，因為丁姓男子和胡姓男子2人系統安裝好，竟開了後門、還有密碼，拿不到尾款竟直接在家入侵診所電腦、癱瘓系統，甚至動手刪掉紀錄，當時診所等同於門戶洞開，如果有心駭客出現恐怕病例已經遭竊取。
資安達人：「遠端控制連線可以跟這台電腦做一模一樣的動作，甚至它可以利用入侵電腦的網路去做其他網路犯罪行為。」

因為丁姓系統商他們所承攬的業務範圍，包含台灣各大醫療院所，但自己就是廠商，為了貨款竟惡搞，無故入侵診所電腦，刑事局電偵大隊調查還原紀錄，鐵證如山，最後兩人通通被檢方起訴。
