They can afford to do that because they know the foreign workers do not congregate the way they do in Spore and each coronavirus test in Spore cost SGD260 or 270 from what I read somewhere. Will cost a lot of money to test four million or so legal and illegal foreign workers in Malaysia.

Just calculated will cost Spore SGD84m to test 323,000 foreign workers and 1billion to test 4m or so citizens and SPR.

I saw the same looking foreign worker dormitories in JB construction site before. You know those two storey type that look like the worker dormitories in Spore in the earlier days, their interior condition can’t be better than the Spore multi storey foreign worker dormitories now.

As far as JB is concerned, it’s a lot harder for them to congregate the way they do in Spore due to lack of public transport. They can’t move far from where they live without car and not all of them have motorcycle although a few do.
