My daughter would be helping Murali distribute flyers when the election campaigning is intensified. No Murali, no upgrading. Plain and simple.
The grandparents can collect cardboard as part of their exercise while the grandchildren play.
Did Murali tell BB where the funds to build the infrastructure coming from?
If is from PAP as a party he is from, I think all BB voters should vote Murali.
But if the funds are coming ultimately from tax payers, including those in BB, then voters will be stupid to vote Murali as latter is using BB's money to entice BB's votes.

M can do better to explain how he is going to raise the capital for the proposal because BB residents are left with a lingering question in their minds as to who is paying for the upgrade? Do they have to foot the bill? If yes, shouldn't they be informed early before they cast their vote?
