Chief Prosecutor Mr Aedit Abdullah
Chief Prosecutor Mr Aedit Abdullah obtained First Class Honours for his LLB (NUS, 1994) and for his Bachelor of Civil Law degree at Oxford (1998). He was top student in his MPM class at the NUS and joint top student in the Practice Law Course Examinations. Mr Aedit served as a Justice's Law Clerk and had taught at the NUS. In the Legal Service, he served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor, was seconded to the Enforcement Division, Securities & Futures Department, MAS, was a Deputy Senior State Counsel in the Civil Division (AGC), sat as a District Judge at the Subordinate Courts, and was seconded to the Capital Markets Department, MAS. He is the Chief Prosecutor of the Criminal Justice Division.
