The WP is obviously less efficient than the PAP.
More like the PAP supporters are less efficient in delivering the message than the WP supporters. There is nothing really effective about such illustration.

The disingenuity of PAP supporters know no bounds.
The fourth doesn't indicate anything about the S&CC charges except that WP seems more socialist to tax the rich more compared to the poor.
