Equally easy for foreigners to set up companies with $2.00 capitalisation and use the company to operate scams like taking deposits and cash advances and then run road back to where they came from ... really dumb head pappies to encourage scammers to operate in sinkie land.

The real issue behind the Panama Papers is not about tax evasion or tax avoidance ... it is all about ill gotten gains derived from corruption or criminal proceeds or even money laundering. Were offshore accounts set up to fund terrorism? This is important to understand money trail about how ISIS got their money to buy weapons or stash their funds from sale of oil.
Then the rich and famoua should chip in and slaughter ISIS down to its root. Not because they are chopping the head of people, but because of them the rich and famous are implicated.
