these useless bums are the CMI types who wanted to join the police force but could not pass the entrance tests or meet minimum qualifying standards.

The typical Singaporean will say "let's forget it" and that's it. The Caucasian will fight for what he perceives is his right. Even the foreign Chinese, Indian or Filipino can do this better than the typical Singaporean. The Cisco, AETOS, etc, they know it and that is why they bully the locals and dare not touch the Caucasians. The same thing applies to jumping queue, rushing for train seats. The local Singaporean gives way too easily. And must I say in elections as well?
