The rain has begun to fall, Singapore is in recession and this is just the beginning. In the months ahead, heavy rains will fall across the world, Singapore won't be spare.

Now, our reserve is suppose for raining days? Will it be activated? It will be the time to utilize, otherwise we can kiss the concept of "our reserve" goodbye under the rule of PAP. It's all hollow talk!
