I sincerely doubt that the ISD is involved for the following reasons:

(1) that sort of forum and its quality has been in existence for many years

(2) by removing it, the ISD forgo the opportunity to catch everyone involved in such a forum in one swoop...instead all the people are dispersed

(3) by removing it, the leaders remove an outlet for some to express its anger...the expression of anger is a useful valve and besides allowing it, they can also keep track of the people inside there....i find all the talk about IP addresses laughable because in singapore there had been the case of downloading anime and those involved can be identified...
