Where is the evidence?
Yesterday WKS walked out of his newly renovated PAP HQ, only completed major renovation just last week.
Yesterday PAP introduced their new candidates outside newly renovated party HQ, which only just completed renovation last week.

On this Google Map what is marked as Bedok South Area Office is actually PAP's Party HQ & HQ for PAP Community Foundation, nothing else. But East Coast Town Council operated and abused by PAP had rented entire building cheaply to their own party, a form of hidden graft and corruption.
Recently and well timed, East Coast Town Council spent millions renovated the entire PAP HQ building under the TC budget, and even touched up the surrounding areas. PAP HQ is completed last week timely for their GE meetings and candidate introductions How coincidentally ! How conveniently !
The renovation also expands covered corridors in the shop / market area next to their HQ so that PAP need not walk in the rain / sun to go to lunch!
The renovation until today NOT COMPLETED in the covered corridors in the shop / market area, but except only for the HQ building of PAP.
For themselves 1st - peasants last.:oIo:
Now you see ministers WKS & his candidates timely starting to use that nicely renovated HQ building for publicity!
