You never know. If they suddenly stop all intake of all FT or even take steps to reduce the number, their share of votes might jump up by 10 %. The problem is over time, the PAP has conditioned themselves to believe in their own infallibility and this will stop them from reversing any policy taken so far, especially when objections are raised in the public.

1. The most powerful thing in SG is ? OUR CPF !!! Its pays millions to our leaders and allows Temasek to be possible and all the high returns & profits etc .. everything.!
2. Our low birth & migrate is our main problem right ? SG is stressful hard to make ends meet cos we pay TAX + CPF so either no birth or fcuk off to imgrate.
3. So to solve our shortage of manpower ? We import !
4. To solve the problem we need to import only for private sectors. All state own sectors, GLC, transport, casinos, should be reserve for locals with higher rates of salaries specially for local SG citizen
only. Not new citizen.

Who would run away if a rich country takes care of its own citizen ?
Who would not give birth if life is good ?
