Sadist and proud of it. Nothing brightens up a day than witnessing the embarrassment/misery of others and then indulging in blissful moments of schadenfreude.

It's better if the (usually female) competitor is consoled by her coach, and even better when she represents the host country. Imagine a large, noisy home crowd suddenly goes eerily silent. Sheer enjoyment.

I've noticed that Sinkies have a predilection for schadenfreude. Sinkies rely far too much on the stick for my liking. It cuts through every domain of life in Sinkieland. A rather sad state of affairs, if you ask me. When will dumb sinkies realise that you can't produce talent in such a negative milieu? :(

thats what i thought until i caught japan-spain and korea-mexico the other night.
can give heart attack kind of games.

then continued with brazil-egypt and uae-uruguay. very skilful play, like watching barca.

thoroughly entertained and now looking fwd to more.

yet reports said best game of the night was hoduras-morocco
