中年男子疑因买卖衣服一事与少妇起纠纷，当众拳打她的左眼，昨天被控蓄意伤人。
　　控状指被告刘才和（46岁）在今年1月4日下午2时左右，在马林百列市中路第83座组屋的商店拳打少妇林简平（32岁）的左眼。蓄意伤人罪一旦成立，被告可被判坐牢最长两年，或罚款最多5000元，或两者兼施。

　　据知，被告是该店的老板，伤者是顾客。他昨天面控后，表示有意认罪，要求法官展期三周获准。

　　案展下个月11日过堂。（人名译音）

not true, anyone that use PHYSICAL force onto somebody ,like pushing, hitting ..in short physical force was used...with apparent intention to hurt another person..the police has, under the law..to act under the classification of seizable offence.....
In this case..the old man was so badly heart..the police could at least.,get hold of the attacker and bring him back to police station for questioning,,as suspect of seizable offence...Using bare hand can also cause severe or even deadly blow to someone if the attacker is trained in martial arts..

if u miss, he'll probably snatch from u and wrap it round your neck. if u hit his head... assault with weapon. either way, u lose.
