Is my HDB flat come with a disaster warranty?

I mean if my HDB flat were to be blown away
by the coming 2012, planet X worldwide disaster

if the HDB flat is no longer there where it is suppose to be,
can I go to HDB to 'claim' my flat or money back warranty?
(assuming they are still there and din get blown away

recently I saw a news in taiwan
I hotel building just collaspe becos of the storm, rain..
it fell into the sea like a block of dice thrown thto he sea

I felt that taiwan is just a 'preview' of
the things that will become 'normal' in the next few years
