Besides construction sites, the drains along our roads are also breeding spots. These are public areas within the responsibility of the authorities. Unfortunately, they will tai chi all over the place when you inform them. Over the years, the drains around my estate always have choke points. When we call the PUB, they will tai chi that some sections are under SLA lah, other sections under LTA lah etc. etc. What the hell happened to the chenghu's "No Wrong Door" policy that they were promoting a few years ago?
