Oh, a pieceofshit in this forum already did (used to constantly accuse ordinary sinkies concerned about influx of foreigners as being xenophobic) and he was already rebutted (actually whacked upside down) and now kiakia never use this term anymore.
In SBF, the reaction is very fast and spontaneous one.

My bet is:
COI's conclusion is the rioters are the "victims". Sinkies are the ones at fault. Sinkies being "xenophobic" and "ungracious" towards the FW, that is the main cause of the riot.

COI recommendation will be compulsory national education to teach Sinkies to "integrate" with (and worship) foreigners. All schools will have one compulsory subject "social integration".
