I'm not sure if there is a Dr David Tian lecturing in your faculty at NUS. According to this piece of news, he lectures about Asian culture at NUS during the day but works as a lifestyle consultant in the night. As a consultant, his job is to train men on how to attract women.

As a member of the public, I do not quite care if he is moonlighting in the night just to earn a few extra dollars. However, in the news below, he claimed to have been intimate with 30 women in 2 months. Now, I would be concern if some of these women are actually students still studying in NUS. It would be worse if they are actually his students!

I hope you would look into this matter as I do have relatives studying in NUS and I certainly wouldn't want to see them get hurt by a "cassanova" teacher later!
