LHL is indeed smart. By legalising casinos, not only there will be economic growth, same time he can wipe off the group of "losers". The loser here refers to both punters that lost in casinos and loser who failed to learn that there is no such thing as win in casino. Gambling only wins temporary and confirm will lose back in same day or some other days.
