Perhaps we should start with something easier and ask Mr Goh Meng Seng to explain his statement - "The root cause of minorities being left behind is a result of dysfunctional families."
I would certainly be interested in knowing the details. Perhaps Mr. Goh can enlighten all of us including these dysfunctional families on how he can stick his spurs up their hides.
