Since justice cannot be obtained in Singapore for PAP lackeys, I suggest NSP take up the issue of the sacking of their supporter from the JTC with the parent company of Emasco, UGL of Australia. Geraldine Soh, Steve Chia or Ms Soh’s boyfriend should file this complain on the following basis.
1) That UGL allow its subsidiaries in Singapore (namely the wholely owned UGL Premas and its subsidiary EMASCO) to engage in corrupt practices within its facilities management contracts with the Jurong Town Council.
2) That UGL allowed the appointment of a high ranking member of the ruling political party, the PAP, to be its Managing Director Ho Thian Poh, for UGL Premas knowing that he will use his insider knowledge as Chairman of the JTC to win contracts for UGL Premas with his own TC.
3) That UGL allowed its subsidiary to UGL Premas to have Mr. Ho work as MD for UGL Premas and also at the same time work as chairman for the Jurong Town Council, of which both jobs are in direct conflict.
4) That their officer Mr. Ho lied to the public with the following statement in regards to Ms Soh’s termination “We want to clarify that this is purely a human resource management problem between ESMACO and the employee was ... Members of the Council of Jurong Town Council are not involved in the ESMACO human resource decisions, "he added.”
Mr. Ho failed to mention that since he is the MD of the company that owns EMASCO, it in effect becomes a management problem between Himself and Ms. Soh
5) That through his actions, Mr. Ho has violated the Singapore Parliamentary Elections Act Chapter 218.
6) That Mr. Ho through his position as the chairman of the JTC has the power to increase the conservancy fees paid by the residents in the TC to the benefit of his company EMASCO.
The NSP should file several complains concurrently. They should file a conflict of interest complain to the CPIB. (Nothing will happen here, we all know this). But they can also file a complain with the Australian stock exchange ASX because UGL is a member of the exchange, and at the same time file one with the Australian stock regulators and maybe the Australian police. Even is nothing comes from it, Mr. Ho’s name would be prominent in a way that his company does not appreciate, so maybe they will fix this asshole good.
