NSF charged with 3 counts of underage sex with 15-year-old

A full-time national serviceman was charged in court on Monday with three counts of underage sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Peter Mark Ng Jia Jun, 21, allegedly had sex with the girl at a toilet in March last year, and in his flat in Toa Payoh on two occasions between March and April the same year.

He applied for the case to be adjourned to seek legal assistance.

The case will be mentioned on Sept 26. If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to five years and a fine of up to $10,000 per charge.
