A STOMPer is upset that MINDEF sent his address, pay information and other sensitive details via email to the HR department of his company, stating that the practice lacks 'privacy awareness'.
Here's what the annoyed STOMPer wrote in an email today (June 12):
"If your email address is registered at the NS portal ns.sg, good luck!
"Mindef does not hesitate to email out your sensitive details like address and pay through email.
"This is both totally insensitive and lacks privacy awareness.
"We have a 3G Army, but the service mentality is still 1G."
