Fortis Obam NV became a substantial shareholder of EZRA with the purchase of 3 mln shares,
raising holding to 31 mln shares. (The company has clarified that MD Lionel Lee’s
comment in a Bloomberg interview that “Ezra may buy back, delist EZRA after
stock slumps” was a general response to a speculative question.)
