From 2 to 7 Feb, is it under servicing or in use?
It will be great if they can send workers to service so frequently. The complainant is hinting that those were not servicing jobs. They were actually breakdowns. When the worker can't repair it immediately, the will hang a card that reads "servicing" and change the display on top of the lift to "maintenance".quantity of service cycles don't make up for lack of quality on mechanical parts, software, logic chips, components, sensors. if they are made in china may god help sinkies.

Please read my post again. I have stated clearly that "the complainant was hinting that those were NOT SERVICING JOB"So the person hinting what?
a) He is not happy with the lift?
or
b) not happy with the service?
or
c) not happy about the misrepresentation, but happy about everything else?
or
d) not happy with the town council?
or
e) not happy with the Mp?
or
f) not happy with pappy?
or
g) not happy with the purchase decision of china made lifts?
or
f) very happy that he has a chance to wait at void deck and chit chat with neighbours?

ps
Just in case you were not sure about the difference between a servicing job and a breakdown repair; a servicing job is carried out on routine basis to prevent breakdown. It is carried out when the lift is running properly. A breakdown repair is to make a lift work again as it has broken down. To attend to a breakdown repair and call it a servicing job is cheating because on record the number of lift breakdowns is covered up.
If it was not in use then it was under servicing
.. what do you think?
move lah! move on..
Servicing once a week to keep lift in tip top condition. Or resident update once a week regarding lift status. Or not in use since 1 feb until 30th May. Take your pick.
Not sure if you have read what the complainants had written after the picture. She said it happened since Feb and no major work was done. She started complaining fortnightly since April till now.Did you happen to notice that there are exactly seven days between each of the servicing jobs/breakdown repairs?
