only if you cycle like a maniac. most people cycle leisurely and I dont think it helps much

It used to be swimming. But nothing beats cycling as you get to see the environment as you exercise.

I also found cycling to be helpful when I had to lose weight. I also decided to Buy Wegovy Online and together with riding, it worked great for me. Moreover, it is fun and helps me spend more time outdoors. I should say, it became one of my hobbies.

Cycling really does work wonders for both weight loss and mental health. I’ve seen fantastic results just from getting out on my bike regularly. A few months ago, I was feeling a bit stuck, so I pushed myself to ride more often and even looked into some extra support. I found a good deal on https://goliathsteroids.com/ which helped with recovery, but I made sure to use it wisely. The combination of cycling and proper recovery made a big difference in my overall well-being and fitness. Sometimes a little extra support can help, but cycling itself is the real hero.

80% of weight loss comes from diet. Just shut off carbs and sugar and what translate to sugar.

Half hour cardio in gym every day and u see yhe results

Also doesn't help if you and your cycling kakis make stops at Changi Village, Lau Pa Sat, East Coast Park etc for makan.

Many pot-bellied full kit uncle cyclists here.
Or cycle n makan M n Ms

M&M's sends gift pack to 101kg S'pore cyclist after he motivates people to be themselves
Living the dream.

Cyclist and coloured chocolate fan Mikey received a gift pack filled with treats from M&M's on Feb. 15.

Gift pack from M&M's
Mikey's humourous TikTok video about his year-long weight transformation from a 100kg to 101kg cyclist hit a lot of people in a good way earlier this month.

He wore a colourful M&M's print cycling jersey in every shot of the video and captioned it, "I love my M&M's Jersey."

Gift pack received with thanks
In a Feb. 15 Instagram post, Mikey shared that he was "so happy" to receive a gift pack from M&M's.

He also posted a TikTok video of him posing with the package in his colourful M&M's cycling jersey.

"Consume in moderation"
Lydia Leong, Mars Wrigley Asean corporate affairs manager, told Mothership that they had dropped the cyclist a message because the viral video "made many people smile".

"We came across Mikey’s tongue-in-cheek 'motivational' video of him enjoying his cycling routine and his overall happiness with life while giving a huge shout-out to M&M's," said Leong.

Leong added that they "loved how fun and passionate he is", and included some of their iconic treats and snacks in the gift pack.

Leong also made sure to add a gentle reminder for him to consume the sweets in moderation, a callback to his initial viral video.

I totally agree. I used to cycle at least three to four times a week. But have not done so in the past few years. As a result, I have become a fat and crazy bastard. I want to get back on the saddle, but there're so many asshole cyclists around. As a result, cyclists have a bad rep. I missed those days in 1970s, 80s, 90s, early 2000s, when few cycled and the roads were not as congested. Just me and my buddies on our Italian made steel steed.
